The Premier Package is designed for couples who want to be present for their wedding - not managing logistics or answering questions. It includes everything from our Signature Package, plus dedicated coordination support to guide the flow of your day and ensure your plans unfold the way you imagined.

We will provide the structure, the space, and the support - you bring the vision.

Included in This Package

• Full weekend access - Friday at 1PM to Sunday at 1PM

• Your choice of ceremony location: by the pond, open field, barn backdrop, wildflower path or yard

• Tables and chairs for up to 80 guests

• Access to lawn games

• Use of 4 x 10’ x 30’ party tents (setup & taken down by Sweetwater Hill Team)

• 24’ x 32’ modular dance floor suitable for 120+ people

• A simple setup of warm string lights in key gathering areas

  • If you’re planning more complex lighting (for decor, dancing, or pathways), you’re welcome to bring additional equipment or coordinate with a lighting rental company.

• Guest parking & overnight camping

  • Trailers or tents in designated areas, no power/sewer/water hookups.

• Cabin access for getting ready or overnight stay

• Use of the fire pit & bar setup

• Pre-event planning session (layout, timeline flow, vision)

• Day-of on-site coordination, including

  • Timeline and vendor guidance

  • Guest questions and logistics management

  • General troubleshooting so you don’t have to worry

• Optional: Farm-to-Table breakfast basket

  • Fresh ingredients for a DIY Sunday breakfast - egg, greens, tomatoes, and more. Included for the couple - $10/additional person.
