This package includes everything in the Basic package, with added flexibility for setup, cleanup, and gathering. You’ll have access the evening before for your rehearsal, your full wedding day, and time the next morning to take it slow and pack up with ease. It’s perfect for couples who want a slower pace without committing to a full weekend.
The Classic Package gives a strong foundation for any style of celebration - with room to add whatever you may need to make it yours.
Included in This Package
Additional access to the venue (Ex: Friday evening for rehearsal, Saturday event, Sunday morning for cleanup)
Use of any outdoor ceremony site: pond, open field, barn backdrop, wildflower path and yard
Use of 2 x 10’ x 30’ party tents (setup & taken down by Sweetwater Hill Team)
Tables and chairs for up to 80 guests
Access to lawn games
A simple setup of warm string lights in key gathering areas
If you’re planning more complex lighting (for decor, dancing, or pathways), you’re welcome to bring additional equipment or coordinate with a lighting rental company.
Guest parking & overnight camping
Trailers or tents in designated areas, no power/sewer/water hookups.
Cabin access for getting ready or overnight stay
Use of the fire pit & bar setup
Optional: Farm-to-Table breakfast basket
Fresh ingredients for a DIY Sunday breakfast - egg, greens, tomatoes, and more. Included for the couple - $10/additional person.
